A delightful stay with character
From the moment we arrived, Fiona’s warm hospitality made us feel at home. The deluxe twin room was spacious, well-decorated, and included fresh milk in the fridge, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring locally sourced ingredients that made for a delicious start to the day.
While our room was charming, the beds felt a bit too soft for our preference. occasional street noise crept in during the night, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Parking was limited, adding a small challenge.

Comfortable beds in a well-decorated room. Fresh milk in the fridge for a cuppa was a nice touch.
Limited mobility isn't ideal due to the absence of a lift, with rooms on the first and second floors. Road noise can be a minor irritant, especially with the window open. Breakfast options could be better. some items served pre-cooked felt a tad dry.

Beds were overly soft, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep, and we had difficulty with the front door lock. the room was spacious and well-decorated with convenient amenities like fresh milk for tea. Breakfast was decent, featuring small meal options, though our poached egg was undercooked. The location allows for easy access to nearby attractions, but parking could become problematic during peak times.
